VOLLEYBALL

- There are only three touches in volleyball. The first is the receive, second is the set and the third is attack which is also known as the spike. Handling the ball so that it lands on the opponents court and cannot be defended is the main objective of attacking.
Block
- Blocking refers to the actions taken by players standing at the net to stop an opponents attack and make the ball remain in the opponents court
Dig
- The ability to prevent the ball from touching or landing ones court after a spike or attack, particularly a ball that is nearly touching the ground is called digging.
